1 Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or receiving services from Dynamics Auto Care, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2 Service Description

Dynamics Auto Care provides mobile automotive maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to:

  • Oil changes and filter replacements
  • Tire services (rotation, balancing, replacement)
  • Battery testing and replacement
  • Mobile detailing services

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at our sole discretion.

3 Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling: Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or email.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: If you are not available at the scheduled time and location, a no-show fee may apply.

4 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. All prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.

5 Warranty and Liability

Service Warranty: We stand behind our work. If you experience issues related to services we performed, contact us within 30 days for warranty consideration.

Parts Warranty: Parts installed by Dynamics Auto Care are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Limitation of Liability: Dynamics Auto Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6 Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information
  • Ensure safe access to your vehicle and workspace
  • Disclose any known issues with your vehicle
  • Be present or available during the scheduled service

7 Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dynamics Auto Care and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

9 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
